Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Altra-Industrial-Motion RBA2M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Intelligent-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Analogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson such as the SR73G005G1120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41001980 manufactured by Applied-Intelligent-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Intelligent-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1TG3030D2C1XX by Manufacturer Analogic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametek Brand 84B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ametek such as 930379700 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52504372000 made by Applied-Precision as well as the popular ASKL40100K original spares produced by Amston-Scales

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AZ10 by Amk and 930379700 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD1G10891104 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anderson.
